Community Practice

Sitting with a group is a great way to strengthen and deepen your mindfulness practice.

I lead a donation-based practice group the third Thursday and fourth Tuesday of the month, from 7-8 p.m.

Third Thursday, Seeking Solace Yoga Studio

Fourth Tuesday, Cornerstones of Care—Spofford Campus *Family Friendly*

Sessions very from month-to-month, and may include guided meditation, mindful walking, mindful movement, community discussion or some combination of these practices. Just show up with your yoga mat and sitting equipment.
